Yoga Instructor, Lulu to Talk on Healing Postures

Aloha Everyone! We continue our free series of health talks for the community this month with Yoga Instructor Luana Streltzer. The talk will take place at 5:30pm on May 26 at Healthy Hut Market & Cafe. Streltzer, will be sharing information about various yoga postures and explaining the health benefits for the body and mind. Tea and a light snack from our deli will be offered for attendees. Please come learn more about how you can improve your health and feel amazing!

What is gluten?  Gluten is a special type of protein commonly found in rye, wheat (including spelt and kamut) and barley.  People are increasingly discovering a sensitivity to it.  Systems can include low energy, fatigue, brain fog, skin rashes, numbness in the extremities, fibromyalgia, muscle and joint pain — even problems with coordination.  And the list goes on.
